Once a week, I will travel to your kitchen to prepare all the meals for the week. (Batchcooking)
They will be distributed according to the plan we have created, and they will be ready so you just have to take them out of the fridge and enjoy them!
You will have varied and new recipes every week, there will be no room for boredom and much less for food waste, since everything will be organized so that each food has its purpose in life!

Once a month, I will travel to your kitchen to prepare with you all the meals that appear in your weekly plan so you will know exactly how to prepare them, which culinary techniques to use to get the most out of the nutrients in your meal.
I will cook with you, showing you how to prepare everything, in this way you can enjoy all the advantages that your new plan has.
I will also offer you alternatives for each recipe, so you can vary during the month and adjust the menu more to you.
